Shipping / Pick Up
Items will be shipped via First Class Mail or USPS Parcel Select within 1 - 3 business days. Customers will receive a tracking number to track the status of their package.
Pick Up Service
The customer will be notified via email when the online order is ready for pickup. Please wait until an email has been sent prior to heading to Party with a Tee. The item/s will be held for one week after the purchase.
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 7 days of purchase.
*NOTE: We do not offer refunds or exchanges on customized orders. No exceptions.
Eligibility for Refunds
All items must be unused and in the same condition that they were received. (For ex. T-shirts and Hoodies)
The item must be in the original packaging.
To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and is deemed the company’s fault. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the exchange.

The customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for the return of the item/s.
Shipping costs are non-refundable!
Depending on where the customer resides, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach the customer may vary.
Upon receiving the returned item, a refund will be provided.
