How to Redeem Your Loyalty Points

First: Log into the PWT Loyalty Program

1. For Event Space Rentals & Non-Private Painting Events

 (NOTE: See instructions below on how to redeem the Women's Wellness Wednesday and Paint and Vibe: Brush Hour Fridays painting experiences)

1. Select Your Event: Choose your event, date, painting option, and number of attendees.

2. Complete the Form: Fill out the booking details and click "Book Now."

3. Apply Points at Checkout: On the Checkout page, look at the Order Summary on the far right.

4. Choose Your Reward: Select either "Redeem points for a discount" or "Get a coupon for 5% off" (for orders over $30).

5. Finalize: Click "Apply Reward" to see your updated total.

2. For Private Painting Events

1. Request to Book: Select the "Request to Book" option for your private event.

2. Wait for Approval: Once your request is approved, Party with a Tee will send you an invoice.

3. Redemption of Loyalty Points: We will automatically apply the number of loyalty points you specified during the "Request to Book" process. Your invoice will reflect the point deduction and the updated balance due.

3. For Special Events (Women’s Wellness Wednesday & Paint and Vibe)

1. Start Checkout: Select your date and ticket quantity, then click "Checkout."

2. Enter Details: Add your booking information.

3. Get Your Code: Toggle to the PWT Loyalty Program icon, scroll to "View Points," and select "Get Coupon" for the reward you want.

4. Apply Coupon: Copy the code provided and paste it into the "Add Coupon Code" section on the far right of the page.

5. Apply: Click "Apply" to see your points redeemed.
