Our creative studio in Wayne, MI doubles as a versatile space for local businesses and the community to rent, ideal for birthdays, workshops, book signings, corporate events and more. Just a short drive from Detroit, our venue offers a welcoming atmosphere where your guests can connect, celebrate, and even add a touch of creativity to the day. Private Event Hours: Our venue is available for private events on: Saturdays & Sundays: 11 AM – 8 PM Each booking includes up to 4 hours of private event time, additional hours may be purchased. Venue Details & Amenities: Maximum capacity: 56 guests Seating: 7 round tables (60-inch, 8 people each) Additional tables: 10 six-foot rectangle tables (perfect for workshops or book signings) Tablecloths, chair covers, and chair sashes are included in our 4 hour All-In and Standard event package deal Bring your own food or hire your preferred caterer (food not provided by venue)​ Private Event Rental Packages: All-In Package | $700 4-Hour Rental (Rental period includes setup/cleanup) Seating: Black/white table covers + chair sashes (Gold, Silver, Light Pink, Baby Blue, Yellow, or Lavender) Bluetooth speaker & TV Access to take photos and to set up balloon arches Standard Package | $600 4-Hour Rental (Rental period includes setup/cleanup) Seating: Black/white table covers + chair sashes (Gold, Silver, Light Pink, Baby Blue, Yellow, or Lavender) $420 Basic Package 4-Hour Rental (Rental period includes setup/cleanup) $330 - Includes up to 3 hours or less of full venue rental ((Rental period includes setup/cleanup) Hourly and Flat Fee Options:​ $99/hour – Add extra time to your package at a special discounted rate $40 flat fee to access our boutique area for balloon arches and photography $35 flat fee to access our TV and Bluetooth speaker ​NOTE: There is an additional $75 security deposit required and is included in the booking price at checkout. The $75 security deposit is refundable as long as there isn't a breach of contract. Schedule a Tour: Venue viewings are available Fridays and Saturdays from 12 PM – 5 PM by appointment only. Cancellation Policy
A full refund of the booking price and security deposit will be provided if the cancellation occurs between 8 and 14 days prior to the scheduled day of the event. Guests may cancel their booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund of their booking price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the event start time are not refundable. The full booking price and security deposit will be withheld. CANCELLATION PROCESSING FEE: There is a $25 fee included on the full refund and 50% refund cancellations.
