Event Space for Rent

We offer up to 5 hours of event rental space and an additional 1 hour for set up and clean up.

The rental space maximum capacity is 56 people (seven sixty inch round tables, eight people per table)

We also have 10 six foot rectangle tables available for Workshops, Book Signings, etc.

Tablecloths, chair covers, and chair sashes can be included for an additional cost with both the round and rectangle tables. The venue can be viewed on Fridays and Saturdays from 12 p.m. - 5 p.m. by appointment only. The venue does not provide food; however food may be brought in by the event space occupant.

Note: The hourly rate is for event time only. For each event, there is an additional $80 included for one hour of set up/clean up.

Security Deposit and Cancellation Policy

There is a $75 refundable security deposit to hold the agreed upon date and time/damages to property. The $75 security deposit will not be refundable only if a cancellation occurs 7 days or earlier before the agreed upon scheduled event and/or for any other breach of the contract, such as damages to the property. In regards to the cancellation policy, to avoid forfeiting the $75 security deposit, an event can be rescheduled. A full refund will be provided if the cancellation occurs between 8 and 14 days prior to the scheduled day of the event.
